Gina’s Senior Photos!

Hola lovely readers of the LnJ Blog,

I (Kimothy), had the chance to shoot my cousin’s fabulous wedding in New Mexico last fall. While I was in town, I photographed my other pretty cousin Gina for her senior photos. I had so much fun just driving around rural backstreets through Socorro, New Mexico with her, spotting cool rustic buildings or funky trees along the way, and hopping out to get some sweet shots. Looking back at these images captured, I can’t help but smile and appreciate them for what they really are. A record of Gina’s beautiful, youthful spirit and spunk at this pivotal time in her life. I love graduation and senior photo sessions for this reason. It’s so important to me that the images reflect my model’s true aura or energy and serve as a blissful marker in their life timeline. Gina truly exuded a quiet confidence and strength. I loved how the wind would whip through her hair during our session! Some of my favorite shots. And, c’mon, how gorgeous is Gina’s hair?! So jealous. She really pulls off the bang look to perfection, right?

To my cousin Gina: keep batting those big brown eyes full of hope and promise! Your future is so bright. I’m proud to be your cousin and excited to see what the future holds for you, girl. The world is your oyster!  xoxo

Love your New Mexico photographer from time-to-time,

KP
